We charge a flat rate of £4.00 for postage and packaging.
From the time we receive your order, we aim to dispatch your goods to you within seven working days. We ask you to kindly allow another seven working days before querying a non-delivery. Please bear with us if your order takes longer than normal as we adapt to new working arrangements in line with current government advice. At the moment things are a little slower up the chain with our suppliers and royal mail, but please do get in touch if you are concerned about your order.
We regret that we cannot take online orders from outside the UK. If you would like your order delivered outside the UK, please contact us to obtain a price for delivery.
If you are dissatisfied with any item from your order and would like to request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange it for you.
Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel it or make any amendments to the address or items ordered. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with an item from your order, you are entitled to return the item to us in its original packaging and condition for a full refund.
Where are refund is claimed, please allow 21 days for us to refund your money. If you have made a donation in error please contact us.
