Delivery and returns

+ How much is delivery?

We charge a flat rate of £4.00 for postage and packaging.

+ When will my order arrive?

From the time we receive your order, we aim to dispatch your goods to you within seven working days. We ask you to kindly allow another seven working days before querying a non-delivery. Please note, any orders placed after the 18th December cannot be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. Our last posting date is the 18th December. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched in the new year.

+ Do you deliver outside the UK?

We regret that we cannot take online orders from outside the UK. If you would like your order delivered outside the UK, please contact us to obtain a price for delivery.

+ My item has arrived damaged, can I get a refund?

If you are dissatisfied with any item from your order and would like to request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange it for you.

+ Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel it or make any amendments to the address or items ordered. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with an item from your order, you are entitled to return the item to us in its original packaging and condition for a full refund.

+ How long will it take to receive my refund?

Where a refund is claimed, please allow 21 days for us to refund your money. If you have made a donation in error please contact us.

+ Can I place my order over the phone?

Of course. Please call us on 020 7498 4533 Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm, to place your order over the phone. Please have your billing and delivery details to hand along with your payment method details.

+ Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, and JCB. You can also pay via PayPal.
