Delivery and returns

We charge a flat rate of £4.00 for postage and packaging.

From the time we receive your order, we aim to dispatch your goods to you within seven working days. We ask you to kindly allow another seven working days before querying a non-delivery.

If you have placed an order for one of our items printed by Teemill, please contact Teemill’s customer service directly.

We regret that we cannot take online orders from outside the UK. If you would like your order delivered outside the UK, please contact us to obtain a price for delivery.

If you are dissatisfied with any item from your order and would like to request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange it for you.

If your Teemill item is damaged, please contact Teemill directly.

Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel it or make any amendments to the address or items ordered. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with an item from your order, you are entitled to return the item to us in its original packaging and condition for a full refund.

Where a refund is claimed, please allow 21 days for us to refund your money. If you have made a donation in error please contact us.

We can’t take orders over the phone. Please call us on 020 7498 4533 Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm, for any queries. Please have your billing and delivery details to hand along with your payment method details.
