Conditions of booking:
This course is available to those who have attended a PTES online Dormouse Ecology and Conservation course in the past year. We would like to keep costs as low as possible and so if you sign up for this course, we would like to make your email address and location available to other delegates on the course you have booked onto. This is because we would like to encourage car sharing to get to the venue so that individual motoring and ferry costs can be reduced. Organising car sharing and booking ferries will be the responsibility of the delegates and will not be undertaken by PTES.
If you are happy to have your email address and postcode shared with others to facilitate journey sharing you will need to email Rosie.McCallum@ptes.org or Ian.firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm your agreement. You will then be sent a link to a PTES SharePoint containing a spreadsheet with delegate details.
No responsibility for persons not being collected as arranged, missing ferries etc. will be accepted by PTES.
You will be required to bring a packed lunch (tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided).
