When walls are repaired or plastered, the gaps between stones can be sealed, leaving lizards with fewer placesto shelter and raise their young. We’re funding conservationists to test wildlife-friendly alternatives to plastered walls, helping provide guidance for historic building conservation that also protects wildlife.
